The past few days, I've been watching the 2012 Golden Globes on youtube and finding myself laughing incessantly most of the time. This year's hosts - Tina Fey and Amy Poehler - are natural comediennes. They have perfect timing, and their dialogues are sharp and witty.
My favorite line was during their opening spiel when Amy Poehler said:
"Meryl Streep is not here tonight, she has the flu. And I hear she's AMAZING in it. So amazing."
Apart from that - and Jodie Foster's speech, of course - another part that got me guffawing was the introduction of the best actress nominees by Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrel. It was pure comic genius!
I don't think I'll ever tire from watching - and laughing at - this show.
