Surprise, surprise! The Christian Siriano for Payless collection is now available at the Payless Shoe Source stores here in Manila! It was a limited selection - a few satin flats, a ruffled d' orsay, some animal print pumps and a couple of bags - but each piece has Christian's aesthetic on it.
I wonder when they'll bring in Isabel Toledo's collection.
