Shawarm-up


It was Danz who got me into Shawarma. One time after work, we drove to Timog and had late dinner at a popular Shawarma place. I can't remember the name of the place, though. What I remember is that their chicken shawarma was da bomb!

When I had lunch at Maroush in Megamall, that experience suddenly came back. Their chicken shawarma was da bomb!

The chicken was both tender and crisp, the onions and cucumber were crispy, and they were very generous with lettuce and sauce. Plus, they toasted it to crispy perfection, and each bite was divine.

It looks like I'll be eating shawarma more often again.
