Craving for a cruller
Once upon a time, when Dunkin Donuts was just new in the Philippines, they had this donut called "cruller." It was a new concept for Filipinos who got used to seeing donuts as smooth and sugar coated. Suddenly, this curly, funny-looking, shiny donut came into our consciousness.
And I got hooked on crullers from thereon in.
I'm not sure when they discontinued crullers at Dunkin Donuts. I reckon it was in the 90s. Even though I've "outgrown" my craving for crullers, there are days when I just wish they still had them so I can snack on them.
Days like today.
