They finally have my favourite YumYum Tom Yum Shrimp instant noodles at the 7-11 branch near the house!
According to the manager, they only had 3 left, so I bought them all.
She said that the stocks came in just a few days before, but this is one of their best sellers that's why it flew off the shelves quite fast. So, i'm a lucky guy for being able to get the last 3 cups.
For instant noodles, YumYum Tom Yum is really good! The interplay of spicy and sour flavours is great, and it's chunky enough with its shrimp and crab meat. Then, the noodles have the right firmness to be springy and chewy, but still al dente enough to absorb the broth.
Of course, it's different if you get Tom Yum from a proper Thai restaurant like Chariya or Som's. But in the absence of those, YumYum is just the thing I need to get that high.
