It's such a thrill to see Cynthia Erivo playing Elphaba in the film adaptation of "Wicked."
She has such a distinct and powerful voice that can cross genres. Whether it's a ballad, a pop song, a broadway ditty - she can deliver it with such force. Plus, she gives it her own signature flair.
Her performance at the 2019 Kennedy Center Honors is still one of my faves.
Two of my faves in one. That's revolutionary!
