Jesse takes the cake!

Birthdays are a funny thing. It feels like I just attended Jesse's 1st birthday party, and now, he's celebrating his 2nd birthday!

Mark showed me the cake they wanted for his Avengers themed party, then I looked at it, did some modifications, and sketched this:

As always, Ate Bullet and their team at Dexter's did an awesome job turning it into the actual cake!

According to Mark, the cake was a hit! Especially with Jesse.

And that means we did our job right.

Jesse's One-derful day!

It's Baby Jesse's first birthday today! Woot! And for his Madagascar-themed birthday party, we gave him this birthday cake that was lovingly made by Raymond.

Jesse and his guests had a wonderful time during the party. For one, Jesse was having so much fun with the balloons, and whenever music would play, he would start dancing. Just like this instance when he was on-stage.

This is just one of the many birthday parties that Mark's adorable nephew will have. And until the next one comes along, Happy 1st Birthday Jesse!

Simply Jesse

Today was an extra special day because we had an extra adorable and extra special guest.

Baby Jesse!

Baby Jesse is Mark's nephew and he dropped by Dexter's with his parents after getting his vaccination. Aside from being super duper adorable, he's a very nice baby. He didn't complain when I carried him, neither when Ate Bullet carried him as well. He was smiling a lot, and he'd laugh when you made googly sounds.

All that adorableness at less than 5 months old!

This visit really made my Sunday.
