LFLTAT: Shirt Tales

One fashion trend that never seems to go away is the "statement shirt." I guess it's because t-shirts are fashion staples and they can be dressed up and dressed down, if necessary.

During my last visit to Tokyo, I found this cool statement shirt on sale:

I've always wondered what this could be paired with, then I saw a navy blue version of the belted skirt from Uniqlo.
