I'm so Fancy!

Nope, this isn't about the Iggy Azalea and Charli XCX song.

That song is catchy, though. But this still isn't about a song.

It's about Plains & Prints' latest collection that they're previewing online this week.

Because I'm a fan of digital art and digital prints, this collection thrills me. A lot of the items - dresses and tops, mainly - are adorned with unique prints such as landscapes and botanicals. And, in true Plains & Prints fashion, they're so pretty and well-made.

As much as I'd love to snag some pieces from Fanciful Wanderlust, let me get the 2 dresses I've been eyeing from their earlier "Euphoric Hope" collection.

Make no mistake, though. I'll soon be getting the dresses I fancy.

Food For(bes) Thought

One of the websites I check on a regular basis is Forbes.com.

What I like about them is that before you get to the site, they greet you with a "quote of the day." And today's quote was particularly interesting.

True. Very, very true.

Zoe chic!

Recently, I stumbled upon Rachel Zoe's website and found myself browsing it for more than an hour. It definitely lives up to her reputation as a style maven because each and every button of this website is chicness personified.

When I was still in HKG, I'd often watch "The Rachel Zoe Project" and found the show to be very entertaining. Now, I can get that same feeling on a website.

Now, it's really bye-bye Multiply

Another one bites the dust!

A few months back, Multiply announced that they were removing the social networking aspect of their business. And tonight, I found out that they're closing down altogether.

And with that, I bid goodbye to Multiply. It was a good run, but no matter how hard we try, some good things never last.

Caught in the web

During my stint at Marianas Media, one of the things I did a lot was supervise the creation of websites. And when that stint ended, the interest in designing and managing the web stayed. 

The past months, I've been developing websites along with Leo - our former web developer who I still get to work with now.

One of the websites we developed is for my sister's bakeshop. It finally went on-line today, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
